‭Boutique Bite (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online snack box delivery and subscription‬ service. By visiting our Site or making a purchase, you engage in our “Service” and agree to‬ comply with these Terms.

‭To use this Site or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to‬ enter into a contract.‬

3. Products and Subscriptions‬

One-Time Purchases‬

‭You may order any of our snack boxes as a one-time purchase.‬

‭Subscription Plans‬

‭We offer weekly and monthly subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Boutique Bite to charge your selected payment method on a recurring weekly or monthly basis, depending on the plan you choose. Subscription charges are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle and will continue automatically until canceled.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@boutiquebite.com at least 7 days before your next scheduled charge date. Once a charge has been processed for a billing cycle, it is non-refundable. After cancellation, you will continue to receive any order already processed for the current billing cycle, and no future recurring charges will apply.

Product Availability‬

‭We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute equivalent items if‬ necessary due to supplier changes or availability.‬

‭4. Pricing and Payment‬

‭All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).‬ Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other‬‭ payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.‬ Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.‬

5. Shipping and Delivery‬

‭We currently ship within the United States.‬ Orders typically process and ship within‬‭ 2–4 business days‬‭.‬ Boutique Bite is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping‬ information provided by the customer.‬

6. Refunds and Returns‬

Due to the perishable nature of snack products,‬‭ all‬‭ sales are final‬‭ .‬ We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.‬ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within‬‭ 7 days of delivery‬‭ at‬ support@boutiquebite.com‬‭ , and we’ll do our best to make it right.‬

‭7. Corporate and Custom Orders‬

Corporate and bulk orders are subject to separate invoicing and fulfillment terms.‬ Please contact‬‭ corporate@boutiquebite.com‬‭ for quotes, customization, or shipping‬ coordination.‬

8. Account Information‬

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login‬ information. Boutique Bite is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized‬ account access.‬

9. Intellectual Property‬

All content on this Site including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of‬ Boutique Bite and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.‬

10. Limitation of Liability‬

Boutique Bite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from‬ your use of our Site or Services.‬‭ We do not guarantee that all products will meet individual dietary restrictions or preferences.‬ Please read ingredient labels carefully.‬

11. Health and Allergy Disclaimer‬

Our boxes may contain or come in contact with allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, soy,‬ dairy, wheat, and eggs.‬ Boutique Bite is not responsible for adverse reactions related to food allergies or sensitivities.‬

12. Termination‬

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected‬ fraudulent or abusive behavior.‬

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the‬‭ State of California‬‭ ,‬ without regard to conflict of law principles.‬
